Hey guys, my name is Garrett Berkley and I live in Minnetonka, Minnesota and I’m 19 years old. I graduated last year from Eagle Ridge Academy and have had quite an interesting year. Yes, Indeed. Early in the fall, I had plans to study in London and Switerland, but God closed the door, and I ended up in Northern Minnesota. There, I served as a worship leader and youth helper for a small church for three months.
Currently, I am working full time at a fitness club and also as a Personal Care Assistant. I love playing football, ultimate, slack lining, climbing, running, snowboarding, singing, playing instruments, writing music, writing poetry, and pretty much music in general.
I have a passion for traveling and a passion for Jesus, so this next chapter in my life will be quiet an adventure. I feel like God has been trying to define my leadership skills by giving me a deeper knowledge of him, and passion for his word. I am excited to see how God uses my passions in Africa, and can’t wait to meet you all!
